Columbus Campus

Georgia Military College opened its Columbus campus at Fort Benning in 1997. As the campus grew, it relocated to Midtown Columbus in 2004 and then to its present location at 7300 Blackmon Road in 2013. It is conveniently located off Highway 80, exit 6, making it easily accessible for all residents of the greater Columbus-Phenix City area. The campus offers state-of-the-art instructional technology and a campus-wide broad-band, wireless mesh network. Students are encouraged to bring their own device, laptop computer or other acceptable computing device to class to allow them to integrate the resources available to them. Flexible class scheduling allows students to take classes during the day, at night, on the weekends, or online. Students are able to earn an Associate or Associate of Applied Science degrees.

Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Bookstore services are located in the Student Services office providing current and prospective students an easy way to seek the assistance they need. Student computers are located in the Library and Learning Center, and the Library Associate is available to assist students with research or learning to navigate the online resources. The Student Center is the center of student activities and a place to meet with classmates before and after classes.

Georgia Military College maintains an office at Fort Benning in the Soldier For Life Center. Service members, their families and civilian employees are able to utilize the Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Academic Advising services offered onsite or at the Blackmon Road location.
