GMC’s Naming Policy
By filling out the pledge form below, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:
Gift Agreement
All naming recognitions will be confirmed in a written gift agreement outlining the gift amount, payment schedule, and naming details.
Duration
Naming recognition remains for the useful life of the entity, unless the college must reconsider the naming.
Changes/Removal
The college may remove or change a name if circumstances warrant reconsideration, including (but not limited to) failure to fulfill a financial commitment or actions/associations that could negatively affect the reputation, integrity, or mission of the institution.
Final Authority
Georgia Military College retains final approval of all naming opportunities and recognition decisions.
