Alumni Weekend 2023 Schedule of Events
Friday, October 20
Alumni Weekend Golf Tournament – 9:30 a.m. Shotgun Start at The Club at Lake Sinclair
Alumni Registration –Opens at 1:00 pm in the Atrium (located off Grant Parade Field across from the Old Capitol Building)
The Bullring Tavern – 3:00 pm – 9:30 pm in the Kidd Center *Cash bar. No one under the age of 21 is allowed inside the Tavern.
Alumni Parade – 3:45pm on Grant Parade *Casual attire is acceptable.
Knockout Drill – 4:25 pm on Grant Parade
Alumni Welcome Dinner – 5:30-7:00 pm in the Kidd Center *Casual attire. Meal is included with full weekend or Friday daily pass.
Alumni Dance (with DJ) – 7:00-9:30 pm in the Kidd Center *Included with registration.
Please note there is not a home GMC Prep Football game on Friday night due to scheduling.
Saturday, October 21
28th Will Robinson Memorial Run – 7:30 am registration on Grant Parade – 1-mile fun run begins at 8:30 am/5K begins at 9:00 am – Register online here. *Onsite registration of $25 does not include a race shirt. Race registration online includes an option to purchase a shirt. Register online here.
Alumni Registration –Opens at 11:00 am in the Atrium (located off Grant Parade Field across from the Old Capitol Building)
Campus Tours – 10:30 am and 12:00 pm starting at the Atrium
Alumni Brunch – 11:00 am to 12:30 pm in the Dining Hall *Casual attire. Meal is included in full weekend or Saturday daily pass.
GMC Archive Gallery – 12:00-3:00 pm in the Sibley-Cone Library
JC Football Game – 1:00 pm at Davenport Field *Ticket is included in registration.
GMC Sip & Paint – 2:00-3:00 in the Kidd Center *Artist-led painting session capturing the North Gates. Cash bar available for adults over the age of 21.

Alumni Reception and Silent Auction – 5:00-6:00 pm in the Kidd Center *Cash bar. Silent auction proceeds benefit the Alumni Endowed Scholarship.
Legacy Leadership Dinner – 6:00-7:30 pm in the Kidd Center *Business casual attire. Meal is included in the full weekend or Saturday daily pass. 2023 Alumni Awards recognition event.
